Greetings and welcome to the world of Six Ate Nine. Six Ate Nine
is a funk rock group of friends from Orange County, California
whose collective purpose in life is to make you shake that ass.
We don’t feel there’s much to say after that but if you
must know more, read on.
Origins/Description of sound
Like most kids your age, lets say you were kicking around the
house one day with nothing to do and decided to build a standard
matter/anti-matter transporter like you saw in that Star Trek
episode yesterday. You finished it up in a few hours but
needed a test subject. Suddenly there was a knock at the
door. You opened it and found standing on your doorstep, the
Artist and James Brown. After a few 8 balls, you convinced
them to help you test your machine. As with all homemade
transporters, it violently malfunctioned during the test and
ended up combining the two into one short, funny looking, but
enormously talented and funky person. So you took this beast
(we’ll call him Artist Brown, or AB) clubbing that night to
show all your friends. AB started throwing back a few more 8
balls and was soon voraciously hitting on the scantily clad
female incarnation of the Red Hot Chili Peppers (don’t ask).
Before you knew it, they were steaming up the windows in the back
of your Studebaker, making passionate mutant love to each other.
Nine to sixteen months later, the resulting Six Ate Nine
quadruplets graced the cover of the finest tabloids in America
and a band was born.

Product
Six Ate Nine has a brand new CD called Sick and Twisted,
available at select stores and through this website. The CD is
pro quality and is radio ready, but Six Ate Nine feels its
primary product is the live show. Audience members have been
known to injure themselves by trying to refrain (for unknown
reasons) from shaking that ass. We are also selling hats,
stickers, and our souls to achieve our goal.
Miscellaneous
Six Ate Nine is Zander on lead vocals and rhythm guitar,
Christian on bass and background vocals, Goliath on lead guitar
and background vocals, and Vic on drums and background vocals. We
have played with Morris Day and the Time, Common Sense, the Young
Dubliners, and oh so many more. We have favorable reviews from
local magazines. We have this, we’ve done that, blah, blah,
blah. Sing along; you know the words by now. Bottom line -
We’re having the time of our lives and would love for you to
be a part of it. We think you’ll have fun too.
